start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
talk more often to your child . .

See but if your child is understanding every thing as per the age that is going to be very good that means there is no delay in any of the milestones and for speech I would recommend you to consult a speech therapist wants to figure out if there is any delay or issue with the switch off the childWrite Your Answer Here
