Mera beby 43 day ka huva he but usko pet me bahut gass ho raha he rat ko sone k time bhi acche 6 nind nahi raha or pura din presser karta rehta he gass ko bahar nikal ne k liye gass to bahar acche 6 nikal rahi he but pet me gass na bane aisa koi solutions bataye

1. tummy time as much as possible. make tummy time fun.
2. apply hing paste mixed with coconut oil to the navel.
3. massage tummy with Castor oil
4. cycling excercise with teh legs helps loosen the tummy
