I would advise you to track your baby's growth by plotting height & weight only on a growth chart.
Only then you can truly understand if your baby is growing properly

Hello ma’am If the weight is just not increasing and your child is eating properly then it could be due to slow weight growth and that is not healthy I would advise you to consult your paediatrician ones regarding the same go for a proper check up if needed as after that only anything can be suggested to you
