Mera baby upar se milk bilkul nahi leta aur mujhe milk hona band ho gaya hai. To kya mai uske khane me milk add karke dun to use milk pilane ki jarurat to nahi padegi?

A. hi first thing ,as your child is one year old, you can start giving external milk. so try to encourage your child by giving it with different flavors for example elaychi milk , milk with honey , milk with dry fruits powder etc or you can prepare kheer , milk shake , fruits smoothie etc
