Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy10 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
