SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. Hi Dont force feed they won't have. Have a weekly plan that won't repeat any food again. Make it colorful, attractive, see what other healthy alternatives can be given You have to first introduce to dal ka paani for a week than rice ka paani for a week !
Anything you introduce should be continued for atleast 4-5 days minimum !
Gradually you can introduce one one item
