Mera baby ke full body par redness ho rhi hai...uske muh me whiteness hori h chaale type h...na vo breast feeding kr rha hai na hi formula milk le rha hai bus ro hi rha hai bus ye sb 3 se chlra hai

for whole body rashes.. you need to rule out the cause.
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised
