If baby is passing urine minimum 6-8 times per day.
Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in motion or bad smelling motion.

often resulting in frothy green stools. ... Teething can also bring about green stools due to increased saliva.
A lot of green vegetables or something with green food coloring in mom's diet also cause green colour motion in baby.

If your child is having any formula feeding them green colour is completely in nursing with that then it is not a problem but if it is continuously green for the child is in that case so there is no I’m getting a check with the doctor they could be 1% chances of a stomach infection as well
