Mera baby boy hai 5 yr 4 month ka usko 1 week se pain abdomen ho raha hai 3 -4 times in a day for 1 min ,no loose motion,no fever ,active hai

correct his diet.
avoid offering unhealthy outside junk food, packet food.
feed some ajwain water or mint juice to your baby.
