Mera Baby boy 18 months ka hai ...aur aj vo bed se head k uper gir gya....koi prblm to nhi ho skti na ...after falling roya bohot ...but vomiting vgera kuch nhi hai abhi tak

A. don't worry, If you notice swelling or redness, apply a warm compress to the affected area. If the child vomits or has nosebleeds, see a doctor immediately.
