Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! By 2.5-3 years old babies speak sentences,70-100 words of you observe that baby not speaking words, sentences not responding to commands,no eye contact then need to consult developmental pediatrician and speech therapist .
Paediatrician after examining will suggest you speech therapist for speech sessions no need to worry after speech sessions baby can speak.

If your baby is speaking few words but not properly that in such case you should join the speech therapy it will help baby to speak well and also helps in improving baby is speaking skills. But if your baby is not speaking a single word here to there in such case you should definitely consult with your doctor about
