urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will passc urine again and again in only one hour. 
the minimum requirement would be more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is more no need to worry if the child is not having any other complaint

When babies are totally on mother’s milk then mother should add a sufficient water in a regular diet plan because mother’s milk tense high percentage of water which also fulfil the need of water in babies. If your baby is not taking sufficient milk in one take then you have to repeat the feeding in less time gap
