mera baby 8 day se vomiting n loose motion wo rha h n khana b nhi kha rha thik se doctor ko b 2 bar bataya ab tk kuch frk nhi aaya h plzz help me

A. hi your baby is 4 years old now he is mostly suffering from tummy infection.give a probiotic and zinc supplement like rinifol z or flora bc 5 ml twice a day and continue medicine for vomting and give plenty of fluids
