mera baby 7 month old h usko fever hai mai usko crocin di hu abhi but fever nhi utra hai 30 min hua h mai usko abhi paracetamol de sakti hu

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring tvzhe temperature down .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. No You cannot give next doses before completing six hours of medication as of now I can only advise you to start giving cold sponging to the child on the entire body that will really help a lot in bringing down the fever so you can try that
