well it can be teething ok.Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosisSee try to consult to a good pediatrician there who will do a full check up and tell the diagnosis

Hi हो सकता है आपके बच्चे ke दाँत आरे इस vajah से आपका baccha चिड़चिड़ा रहा है वो यह दूसरा कारण हो सकता है कि बच्चे ke पेट में dard हो रहा है क्योंकि यही अधिकतर सबसे सामान कर रहे होते हैं बच्चे को चिढ़ाने ke तो देखे अगर पेट dard है तो उसकी दवाई दे दे और अगर बच्चे ke दाँत आ रहे हैं तो उसके gums  को गीली साफ़ kapde से samay samay par दबाके साफ़ करते हैं
