Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Ideally semi solids and water should be introduced only after 6 months completion. Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for further assistance. Good luck and take care.
