mera baby 3 sak ka hoga ..lekin wo sirf dada ,Mama, ice cream ,kaka,. jaise words hi bolta hai. to kya karna chahiye....

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. proper language / speech development will start between 18 months of age to 2 years of age.
there is no need to worry before that just concentrate on the diet and regular interaction with the child.
also speech and language develops properly with more people available to interact with the child
avoid usage of tv mobile and laptop because they are the most common reasons for delayed speech and language development.
the most impportant thing is that before speech understanding of the commands given by the parents should be present.
by 18 months if the child is not following basic commands then only you have to meet the doctor
requirement of speech therapy will also be discussed by your doctor

It Seems a child is having no speech delay actually because if your child is speaking certain words that means there is no delay but yes if your child is not able to pick up more words to speak more words that it would be advisable to get a check with an ENT doctor ones that we will be further more sure about
