Mera baby 3 saal ka hogya hai but wo raat ko 12bje tak nhi sota h ye starting se hi ye problm h but ab bi wo sulate h but tab bi bhi sota h

A. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one d hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.f toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
