Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. you can eat all foods in required quantities. better to eat home made foods as they are more nutritious and hence the breastmilk will also have the same qualities. however you can eat fast food ince in a while. just avoid cold foods and goods which you think can cause stomach upset in babies.
