mera baby 3.3 month ka hai...hmesha stomach pain ki problem rehti h..test b krwaye h ..kya wajah ho skti h stomach m pain rehne ki ..

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. Exessive cry is very common under 6 months of age bcz of gas in stomach
Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6months of age.
Feed ur baby with proper position.
Burp properly after each and every feed for at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp.
Give Tummy time 4-5 times in a day time
If still issue persist then
Give colic aid drops 0.5 ml (if needed).
Maximum 4times per day.

This can be due to worms in stomach.
Get ur baby once evaluated by doctor in person.
Also do not over feed ur baby. Do not force feed also. When the baby is full, do not feed after that.
Give curd, coconut water, Banana etc to improve the digestion of the baby
