Mera baby 27 days ki hai usko aakhon me se pani Bht nikal raha hai or yollow jesa bhi aakhon me jam raha hai . Me usko thik kese karu.

A. hi watery eyes are normal but as a child is having yellow discharge too please visit your pediatrician It is sign of an infection please clean your child eyes with fresh tap water don't apply kajal or anything
