give all family food..
Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy.
Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time.
Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used.
Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and mostly baby weight is depends upon the birth weight. and it should be thrice the birth weight in a year time.. and in my opinion you should evaluate once your baby with doctor and ask for vitamins and good supplement.
