Get A plate which is the full of food but it should be a common plate for You the child and the parent basically what I’m trying to say try to feed your child from the same place that you are eating from this way your child is going to learn slowly gradually to eat everything and that to properly because my parents enjoy something kids normally see it how they are doing and then try to follow that
