Mera baby 2 nd half month ka h kl rat se uski right eye se yellow discharge ho rha h aur eye bhi thodi watery h. eyes me koi redness vgera nahi aur eyebbhi ache open kr rha h pls suggest what to do

baby's tear duct may not have fully developed yet, hency she has watery eyes

This can be due blocked tear duct. If there is no redness or itching then no need to worry. Just clean the eyes with cotton dipped and squeezed in lukewarm water.. Take care and all the best
