mera baby 2 months ka hai.. wo acchese breast feed bhi karti hai lekin mera breast milk bahot leak hota hai.. it's so irritating for me.. what can i do

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated healthy all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
