Aap protein and fiber rich foods eat karein and fatty foods like rice, potato, sugar, fried and packaged foods avoid karein. Plenty of fluids drink karein. Jogging, brisk walking, breathing and Yogasanas karein regularly. Morning mein warm jeera Or lemon water drink karne se bhi detoxification hoga and digestion improve hoga.
