Shatavari powder you can take three times in the day with warm milk that usually helps and also you can give powder milk even if your doctor is saying no tell them I’m not having enough milk you tell me what brand is the best because this way if you queue a child has to struggle for milk for from time to time and the entire growth is going to get affected whether it is physical or mental growth of your child so if needed give formula milk to the child and if this paediatrician is not giving you correct advice changeyour doctor
