Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. बच्चे को आयरन की खुराक देना बहुत जरूरी है क्योंकि 1 वर्ष की आयु से पहले के आहार में आयरन की मात्रा बहुत कम होती है और यह बहुत आम है कि अगर बच्चे को आयरन की खुराक नहीं दी जाती हैd तो बच्चा आयरन की कमी वाले एनीमिया से पीड़ित होगा इसलिए बेहतर है अपने डॉक्टर द्वारा दिए गए आयरनd सप्लीमेंट्स को जारी रखना
