mera baby 1day ka hai but mujhe abhi tk milk nhi aa rha.pumping krne pr b thick liquid niklta hai or fir dabane pr kuch nhi.mai kya kru jo milk produce ho

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in the diet. Good luck and take care
