mam,if you are prepared both mentally and physically then you can continue the pregnancy.
choice is yours.
but you need to start weaning your child from breastfeeding.
take Healthy and nutritious diet
start taking prenatal vitamins as per your doctor's prescription
keep your self well hydrated
