kids usually grind their teeth during the teething phase to get relief from itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth..
other reason could be due to worms in stomach

it happens because of improper tooth alignment or if a child may feel stressed or anxious.
so please check that your child should feel comfortable and well cared.
visit your dentist for once
and as it is told that it might happen because of worm Infection ,it could be reason behind it
