Okay so brush twice in a day or thrice in a day morning and in the evening evening after the milk and all whatever you giving and one time for sure in the night before your child goes to sleep still if you feel the same problem after a week to 10 days then you can consult dentist also also use a proper proper kids toothpaste like Himalaya kids bubblegum toothpaste or something
