please visit your pediatrician for once.
breastfeed your child as per his or her needs.
it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infection.
take clean Cotton clothe.
heat the tava.
place clothe on it for few seconds.
make pouch of it and check with your hands first that it should not be too hot.
then gently Pat it on your child chest and back.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
