mera baby 1 month 4 days ka hai , me diat me konse vegetables le sakti hu or konser vegetables nahi lena hai please consult me

A. hello. as your baby is 2 monthn old have vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, pumpkin, okra, bittergaurd.. avoid gases producing food, Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits

A. good morning you can have all of the seasonal vegetables prepared at home without any spices I would recommend it to avoid having things like aloo arbi brinjal which cause gastric issue other than that there is no restriction
