Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. it us just a habit that you need to change. if baby is used to sleeping and eating from the beginning then he will think that is the way to eat. so from now onwards strictly make the baby sit in your lap and feed. it should be changed at this stage itself. many babies do sleep and eat but that's not good as baby may get choked.
