mera 6th month running hai mai dry fruits kitni quantity me le sakti hu.. mujhe dry fruits bahut pasand h.. Mann b krta h khane ka pr sb khate h garmi h mat khao

A. handful of dry fruits are okay. Take plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products and a good source of protein . Continue taking iron and folic acid tablets, n calcium tablets is important supplement in pregnancy.
