Most of the cases it is considered normal but in some cases if your child is crying or showing you sign of discomfort then then maybe a huge possibility of stomach pain and that is why the child will be stretching the body if your child is crying it’s mostly due to stomach pain but if your child is comfortable then it is normal that your child is doing this to relax the body
