mera 3 sal ka ho gya hai bolna nhi sikha....bolta hi nhi mumma b nhi bolta ....per samaj pura hai

So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .See with babies not every thing will go as per rules.each baby has her own speed to learn and that's ok

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please spend more time with your child and talk more and more with your child
