Mera 3 month ka baby hai.wo totaly breast milk hi leta hai. uske potty m smell bahut aati hai kya reason ho sakta hai

it is very normal that the smell of the stool would be slightly different in children less than 6 months of age due to the supplementsd they might be taking as well as due to the maturing digesting system.
if the weight gain of the child is proper and the child is not having any other colic problems then no need to worry
