Mera 2nd baby 3months hogaya hai....milk supply low ki Karan se bottle feed bhi Dey Rahi hoon ....par Kaal se baby bottlefeed nahi Leh rahi hai....aur Mera milk supply low hai sirf first ka patla sa watery milk jyaad aata hai .....par baby accha se sleeping Kar Rahe Hai....is ka Matlab kya Mera baby ko milk sufficient ho raha hai please give me some advice

A. Shatavari powder you can take three times in the day with warm milk which will help in increasing your lactation plus at the same time I would also recommend you that start giving milk with the help of a spoon a child will accept that and during teething g this kind of behaviour is normal so if you need you can also consult a lactation specialist
