teething has lots of side effects.
Start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly.
give small meals.
don't force feed Even if they take only 1-2 spoons

Teething Could be happening with your child since you are mentioning it very clearly that your child is just irritable for certain days so this irritation happens when there is irritation in the gums of the child itching into the gums of the child which makes them very much irritable all the time
