meine baby ko aaj vaccine karaya bahut pain hai baby ko magar fever nahi hai she is more crying what can I do please help me

So you can still give paracetamol to the child and you can repeat it again after six hours that’s not a problem even in pain you can use it and keep ice cube on the vaccinated area regularly every 5 to 6 hours and app Thermophob after that that will help in reducing down the swelling and the pain will also reduce accordingly
