You can take it is not a problem but let me tell you along with that also will come a lot of dietary restrictions though it is going to help and controlling your craving but since your breastfeeding mother you may feel hungry most of the times so instead of hogging onto the food please make sure that you’re eating mindfully as that is going to be quite benefiting for you
