ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal .
otherwise give syp paracetamol/ crocin 250 MG 4ml 6 hourly for 3 days
If no improvement
Consult your pediatrician for trying to find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed
