Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly give syrup allegra 2.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 3 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in thxe nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in xnext two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink.
