-Breakfast almond milk 4 spoon along with Dalia / Upma / idli / oats
-Lunch Any Dal and half Roti or what ever green veg you have to offer it’s summer time you can add curd too
-Evening Snack one biscuit along with any seasonal fruit.
-Dinner Top feed and dal rice or kichadi
