A. aapko balance food leni chahie jismein protein vitamins minerals carbohydrates fats jisse ki aapko aur Baby ko energy aur turant mil sakti hai aap apne doctor se plan karva sakte hain

A. Hi mom As u are pregnant, eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Avoid eating papaya and pineapple during pregnancy. Drink adequate water in a day. Stay happy and stress free which is most important at this time.
