Hello, your baby girl is 19 months old and she is getting a fever and cold with coughs repeatedly so mostly her immunity is low and you should increase her immunity bye giving her citrus fruits and vegetables soup and dry fruits and nutritious food items and potable water with good hygiene and all possible vaccinations in time
