ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello father by now the baby can be given almost nearing to home made family foods . soft consistency diet is ideal , and their has to be jaw movements , also you can gradually give new foods from various food groups. introduce one food at a time,
you can give foods such as rice, roti, dalia, sago, dals, panner, ghee, curds, milk in cooked form as well , such as kheer or porridge , also you can seasaonal fruits & vegetables as well
