Q.
May I know what is the meaning of apple pure? In first cry QandA sessions many of them suggested to give apple pure for 6 months babies.. is it just apple or something else?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. just steamed apple puree ot is. You can boil or steam both..but better to steam..Steaming keeps more of the nutrients in.
steam the food in a little bit of water just until soft enough to make it's puree
